The Subhashini Signature Services Pvt. Ltd. (SSSPL) is agreeable to provide the following services to any of the two pre identified family members of the member admitted in SSSPL in India only at the specified place as mentioned in the application form.
1. The membership fee in SSSPL per annum is $ 264 and the entire amount shall have to be paid at the time of admission. There are installment plans, which can be viewed in our registration form. The membership shall be automatically renewed after completion of the 12-month period from the date of admission and the member is at liberty to cancel the membership at least 30 days before the termination of the membership.
2. The SSSPL is at sole discretion to accept/reject any of the application submitted to them, without assigning any reasons.
3. The SSSPL is not under an obligation to inform the applicant in the event of rejection of the application.
4. The SSSPL will extend their services in Gifts to the specified persons as informed by members from time to time not more than eight times in a year.
(A)· Sweets/Cakes will be handed over to the specified person on prior intimation of not less than 7 days by the member for not more than 4 times in a year.
(B)· Bouquets will be handed over to the specified person on prior intimation of not less than 7 days by the member for not more than 4 times in a year.
(C)The SSSPL shall not be responsible for any consequences in Delivery of Sweets/Cakes to the specified persons as intimated by the member.
(D) The SSSPL can provide their services any number of times/any specified items on extra charges only.
5. The SSSPL will provide the services of Greeting to the specified persons as intimated by the member in advance of not less than 7 days.
6. The SSSPL will provide the following periodical health services to the members:
The SSSPL will undertake comprehensive health checkup to all member- for Two beneficiaries at the time of registration, to Diagnose their basic health status. This package includes Haemegram,Estimation of Urea & Creatinine, Estimation of Glucose,ECG,Lipid Profile,Blood Grouping,Complete urine analysis,Faeces examination and Pulse oximetry. Besides the above tests depending upon our Panel Doctors'clinical examination and advice further investigations like Estimation of Uric acid, Estimation of Na.K.Cl and BUN, Liver Function tests, X-Ray chest and Ultrasonogram of abdomen also would be conducted in the same package.
Any Further specialized investigations and treatement would be properly guided by our Panel doctors at concessional prices through appropriate institutions.
To ensure constant concern SSSPL panel Doctors undertake monthly health chekups like Estimation of Glucose,Complete Urine Analysis and Pulse Oximetry,at the Residence of member-preindentified Two of Familymembers at preaccepted locations and the same reports will be put in the area allotted to member's in the website.
(A) The SSSPL medical assistance team will visit the benificiaries residence by a pre scheduled programme. In case of nonavailability of the member-benificiary at the location the same will be treated as completion of the visit for that month.
(B) The SSSPL Panel doctor will make Telephonic call once in a month to only enquire the health status of the Benificiary at a pre scheduled time and Telephone number.In case of non availability of the beneficiary at the phone is treated as the completion of the Telephonic call.
(C) The Medical Practitioner to the best of his ability will provide his services, as specified above, and the SSSPL shall not be liable for any deficiencies and consequences thereafter.
(D)The above services shall be limited to giving information by the Medical Practitioner when he visits the residence of the family members (two) and advise them to take proper assistance from the concerned specialists/doctors in the event of any abnormalities, as observed/notice by the medical practitioner. The SSSPL is not under obligation to provide any other services than specified above. SSSPL and its consultants shall not be responsible for any consequences of the members' situation. To get treatment they should cosult a medical expert.
7. The member can avail the services of SSSPL for getting any specialist/doctors etc., on prior intimation and acceptance, on mutual terms and conditions as agreed upon from to time and case to case as per the requirement of the member on payment of extra charges only. The SSSPL will provide only the assistance in getting/ providing the concerned specialist only and the SSSPL shall not be responsible for any consequences thereof either personally or monitorally.
8. The SSSPL will provide the services of the bill payments namely Electricity, Telephone, Mobile phone, Insurance premium, House taxes, Water taxes, Credit card payments, maximum of Two bills in each above specified, which are pertaining to the member only
(A)The member shall have to inform with regards to the payment of the bills to the SSSPL not less than Seven days in Advance of the due Date
(B) The SSSPL will visit the residence of the member for two times for collecting the bills and cheques. In the event no body is available on two times the member shall have to hand over to the SSSPL at their office the bills and cheques.
(C)SSSPL shall not be responsible for the dishonor of the Cheques. As well SSSPL shall not be responsible for not handing over the bills for their payment by the member.
9. The SSSPL will provide the facility of booking the flight/train/bus tickets on payment of required fare for not more than 10 times for all in a year, but however the SSSPL shall not be responsible for non-availability of ticket at the time of information provided by the member.
10. The SSSPL will provide the facility of money transfer subject to such terms and conditions as specified by the Reserve Bank of India from time to time and the member shall the avail the facility certain to payment of the service charges and subject to acceptance by the SSSPL from time to time and as well as the mode of transfer as agreed upon from time to time.
11. The SSSPL will provide the virtual office service to it members on their visit to Hyderabad for 5 hours in a year on prior intimation and confirmation by SSSPL. During the stay the member will be provided cell phone instrument for 15 days without any rent but however the member shall have to bear the user charges and shall have to hand over the instrument immediately after completion of the said time and in the event of failure to return the cell phone instrument the member shall be liable to pay the cost of it. Members have to deposit 2000 rupees while taking the phone.
12. The SSSPL will provide the car transportation facility to the member to an extent of 250 km in a year to be used in maximum 5 spells. In the event of the member desirous of using the above facility for more than prescribed distance the member shall have to pay the charges for the use as per the SSSPL terms and conditions.
13. The SSSPL will provide road side assistance and collision assistance only to the US and canadian residents as per the terms & conditions as agreed upon from time to time.
14. The SSSPL will provide the services in the Real Estate matters/ Automobiles for dealing with them by the member through our website.
15. The SSPL will provide service in respect of the immovable properties (two) of the member for collection of rents and depositing the amount in the account of the member but however subject to proper authorization in favour of the SSPL by member and as well as their tenant and also provide the photographs of the immovable properties (two) in the website once in three months.
The member can avail the facility of leasing the immovable properties, disposing of the immovable properties and all other allied services from SSSPL on such terms and conditions as agreed upon from time to time at extra charges.
16. Legal: Under this option members can seek legal opinion from our expert 12 times in a year. 10 times on line and 2 face to face meeting to seek opinion only. SSSPL consultants will provide legal opinions only. SSSPL and its consultants shall not be responsible for any consequences of the members' situation. Members should hire an expert for legal help. SSSPL can help in getting the legal help at extra fees. Face to face meetings cannot be more than 30 minutes. For the face to meetings members has to schedule the meeting well in advance. Meetings are subject to cancelation based on the availability of legal expert. Our experts will provide advice on personal issues like litigation on properties, consumer rights, family law, employment contracts, criminal law where our member or their family members are involved.
17. Tax: Under this option members can seek legal opinion on tax issues from our expert 12 times in a year. 10 times online and 2 face-to-face meeting to seek opinion only. SSSPL consultants will provide legal opinions only. Ssspl and its consultants Shall not be responsible for any consequences of the members' situation. Members should hire an expert for legal help. SSSPL can help in getting the legal help at extract fees. Face to face meetings cannot be more than 30 minutes. For the face to meetings members has to schedule the meeting well in advance. Meetings are subject to canceled based on the availability of legal expert.
18. The information given by the member in the application for admission of member is true and correct and nothing has been suppressed therein and the SSSPL shall not be responsible for any wrong information and consequences thereof, as provided by the member.
19. The member hereby undertakes and covanents with the SSSPL that he/she shall not misuse the services of SSSPL and in the event of any misuse by any third parties in any manner for any reason and in consequence thereof any loss or damage or injury of whatsoever nature caused to the member the SSSPL shall not be responsible in any manner.
20. The SSPL is at liberty to cancel the membership of the member at any time after admission and before the termination of the membership if it is found that the member indulging in any manner of whatsoever nature causing in convenience, hardship, loss or any other acts which are prejudicial and detrimental to the interest of SSPL.
21. The member shall and continue to abide by the terms and conditions which are in existence at the time of admission and framed such other terms and conditions subsequent to the admission.
22. The member shall have to give information and details in writing in the event of change of his address and change of other particulars as mentioned in the application at the time of admission and in the event of not providing change of information the SSSPL shall not be responsible for any consequences thereof.
23. The member hereby undertakes to pay extra service charges to SSSPL for getting extra work as agreed upon.
24. The SSSPL expressly deserves its right at any time and without prejudice of any notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of the services as stated above without any prior notice to the member.
25. The SSSPL shall not be responsible for any act of negligence, rashness professional mis-conduct, deficiency of misconduct or any other unfair practices as well any other wrong done by the service provider.
26. The SSSPL or its licensors and its suppliers make no representations or warranties about the accuracy reliability completeness, correctness or timelines of the services provided are through use of the website.
27. The SSSPL for the time being is extending their services only in Hyderabad and Secunderabad for the time being.
28. All disputes arising in respect of the services rendured by SSSPL or any other assistance provided by the SSSPL in all respects to the members shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts/Tribunals in Hyderabad/Secunderabad only.
